We want every customer to feel confident ordering from Giuseppe & Co. While this is a final sale, we still stand behind the quality of our products and will always work to resolve genuine issues fairly.
Final Sale Terms
Because all items are discounted as part of a final sale event, purchases are not eligible for standard open-ended returns.
However, we may approve a return, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
When a Return May Be Approved
Please contact us if:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- There is a major issue with your order
- The item is unused and truly does not work for your needs or style
Each request is reviewed individually by our support team.
Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will make it right with a replacement, exchange, return label, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
For non-defective items, approved returns are generally issued as store credit. In some cases, a refund may be approved at our discretion.
Exchanges may be approved when inventory is available.
Return Fee
A $15 return handling fee may apply to approved returns where the item is not defective, damaged, incorrect, or being exchanged.
This fee helps cover the cost of return processing and the original free shipping provided on the order.
The return fee does not apply when there is a genuine issue with your order, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for any return, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- Returned only after approval from our support team
Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

- A short explanation of the issue
- Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
If your return is approved, we will send instructions for the next steps.
